Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są startery oligonukleotydowe do wykrywania patogenów należących do rodzaju Phytophthora o sekwencjach nr l, 2, 3, 4, 5 i 6 przedstawionych na liście sekwencji. Zgłoszenie obejmuje też sposób wykrywania fitopatogenicznego organizmu z rodzaju Phytophthora, w którym w reakcji LAMP z zastosowaniem zestawu starterów dochodzi do amplifikacji określonego fragmentu DNA, objawiającej się pojawieniem się krzywej amplifikacji, potwierdzając detekcję powstałego produktu, charakteryzujący się tym że, zestaw starterów stanowią startery oligonukleotydowe przedstawione na liście sekwencji.The subject of the application are oligonucleotide primers for the detection of pathogens belonging to the genus Phytophthora with the sequences No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 shown in the sequence listing. The application also covers a method of detecting a phytophthora organism of the genus Phytophthora, in which, in the LAMP reaction with the use of a set of primers, a specific DNA fragment is amplified, which is manifested by the appearance of an amplification curve, confirming the detection of the resulting product, characterized in that the primer set consists of the oligonucleotide primers shown in the sequence list.
