Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest makaron o właściwościach prozdrowotnych zawierający pełnoziarnistą mąkę z pszenicy durum, charakteryzujący się tym, że zawiera w stosunku wagowym: mąkę z soczewicy czarnej w ilości od 60 do 85% i mieloną łuskę gryki w ilości od 2 do 6% oraz pełnoziarnistą mąkę z pszenicy durum w uzupełnieniu do 100%. Korzystnie, zawiera dodatek składników mineralnych: chromu i cynku, każdy w ilości od 15% RWS do 50% RWS w porcji 100 g produktu po ugotowaniu.
