Abstract

Przedmiot zgłoszenia stanowią pellety ekstrudowane otrzymane w wyniku ekstruzji ciasta spożywczego zawierającego skrobię ziemniaczaną w ilości 70 - 75 cz. wag., płatki ziemniaczane w ilości 13 - 17 cz. wag., charakteryzujące się tym, że zawierają dodatek wytłoków owoców aroniowych i/lub jabłkowych w ilości od 1% do 30% w stosunku do zgłoszenia całkowitej masy surowców ziemniaczanych. Przedmiot zgłoszenia stanowi również sposób wytwarzania pelletów.
