Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób immobilizacja lipazy na powierzchni membrany polimerowej polegający na tym, że w reaktorze membranowym instaluje się membranę polimerową pokrytą aluminium o powierzchni 4,9 cm2, następnie dodaje się 10 mL roztworu lipazy Candida rugosa w buforze fosforanowym o pH 7 i stężeniu w zakresie od 1 do 10 mg/mL, korzystnie 5 mg/mL i prowadzi się proces immobilizacji w czasie 24 godzin przy ciągłym mieszaniu z prędkością 200 rpm.
