Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób immobilizacja lakazy na powierzchni membrany polimerowej polegający na tym, że w reaktorze membranowym instaluje się membranę polimerową pokrytą złotem o powierzchni 4,9 cm2, następnie dodaje się 10 mL, roztworu lakazy Trametes versicolor w buforze fosforanowym o pH 5 i stężeniu w zakresie od 1 do 10 mg/mL, korzystnie 5 mg/mL i prowadzi się proces immobilizacji w czasie 24 godzin przy ciągłym mieszaniu z prędkością 200 rpm.
