Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób immobilizacja celulazy na powierzchni membrany polimerowej polegający na tym, że w reaktorze membranowym instaluje się membranę polimerową pokrytą złotem o powierzchni 4,9 cm2, następnie dodaje się 10 mL roztworu celulazy Aspergillus niger w buforze fosforanowym o pH 7 i stężeniu w zakresie od 1 do 10 mg/mL, korzystnie 5 mg/mL prowadzi się proces immobilizacji w czasie 24 godzin przy ciągłym mieszaniu z prędkością 200 rpm.
