Abstract
The subject of the application is a method of immobilizing protease on the surface of a polymer membrane, which consists in installing a polymer membrane coated with aluminum with a surface of 4.9 cm2 in a membrane reactor, then adding 10 mL of Aspergillus saitoi protease solution in a tris-HCl buffer with a pH of 7.5 and a concentration in the range of 1 to 10 mg/mL, preferably 5 mg/mL, and carrying out the immobilization process for 24 hours with continuous stirring at a speed of 200 rpm.
