Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un construct de acid nucleic ce cuprinde un promotor AHAS pentru expresia genelor, în plante, legat operaţional la o secvenţă care codifică o genă heteroloagă, promotor care poate fi selectat dintre promotorii genelor als 1 şi als 2 de la porumb sau promotorul AHAS ce cuprinde secvenţa SEQ ID No 1, SEQ ID No 2 sau SEQ ID No 3, precum şi la o metodă de identificare a expresiei genice, într-o plantă şi/sau în diferite ţesuturi ale acesteia, şi care constă în transformarea recombinantă a unei porţiuni din plantă, expresia genei heteroloage în porţiunea din plantă, astfel transformată, şi detectarea expresiei genice.
