Abstract

Procedeul pentru prepararea unor acizi alfa-arilalcanoici cu formula generala I: (vezi formula) sau a esterilor si a sarurilor acceptabile farmaceutic a acestora în care Ar reprezinta o grupa fenil, fenoxifenil sau naftil, eventual substituita cu alchil inferior sau alcoxi inferior si R1 reprezinta o grupa alchil cu 1...4 atomi de carbon, consta din transpozitia unui cetal cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care Ar si R1 au semnificatiile de mai sus, R2 si R3 reprezinta independent grupealchil cu 1...4 atomi de carbon sau luati împreuna formeaza un radical alchilen cu 2...8 atomi de carbon, R4 reprezinta un radical alchil sau aril, eventual substituit, în prezenta unui solvent protic sau bipolar aprotic, la o temperatura cuprinsa între 50 si 200 degree C, pentru a forma esterul acidului alfa-arilalcanoic care se hidrolizeaza la acidul cu formula I dorit, sau din obtinerea directa a acidului prin efectuarea concomitenta a transpozitiei si hidrolizei, acidul obtinut putînd fi transformat, daca se doreste, într-o sare acceptabila farmaceutic, în acest caz transpozitia realizîndu-se în absenta totala a apei si, eventual, în conditii acide.
