Claims (23)
1. Применение проантоцианидинов для изготовления местного лекарства для лечения атопического дерматита, аллергического контактного дерматита, себорейного дерматита, радиационного дерматита, ксероза, псориаза и атопии.
2. Применение по п.1 для лечения воспалительных состояний вагинальных, ректальных, буккальных и глазных слизистых оболочек.
3. Применение по п.1 или 2, где проантоцианидины находятся в форме комплексов с фосфолипидами.
4. Применение по п.1 или 2, где проантоцианидины находятся в комбинации с глицирретиновой кислотой.
5. Применение по п.1 или 2, где проантоцианидины находятся дополнительно в комбинации с телместеином.
6. Применение по п.1 или 2, где проантоцианидины находятся дополнительно в комбинации с альфа-бисабололом.
7. Применение по п.1 или 2, где проантоцианидины находятся дополнительно в комбинации с пироктоноламином.
8. Применение по п.1 или 2, где проантоцианидины находятся дополнительно в комбинации со смачивающими агентами и увлажняющими агентами.
9. Фармацевтические композиции для местного введения, содержащие в качестве активных ингредиентов проантоцианидины, глицирретиновую кислоту и телместеин в смеси с подходящим носителем.
10. Фармацевтические композиции по п.9 в форме крема, геля, лосьона, суспензии, спрея, мази, пены.
11. Фармацевтические композиции по п.9 или 10, где носители включают сквален, жирные кислоты, эфиры жирных кислот, растительные масла, природные или синтетические триглицериды.
12. Фармацевтические композиции по п.11, где носители включают сквален, масло карите, октилпальмитат и масло энотеры.
13. Фармацевтические композиции по п.9 или 10, дополнительно содержащие токоферолы, аскорбиновую кислоту или их эфиры.
14. Фармацевтические композиции по п.13, содержащие токоферола ацетат и аскорбилпальмитат или тетрапальмитат.
15. Фармацевтические композиции по п.9 или 10, содержащие салициловую кислоту.
16. Фармацевтические композиции по п.9 или 10, содержащие гиалуроновую кислоту.
17. Фармацевтические композиции по п.9 или 10, дополнительно содержащие по меньшей мере одно соединение, выбранное из альфа-бисаболола, пидолата цинка, аллантоина, пироктоноламина.
18. Фармацевтические композиции по п.9 или 10, где активные ингредиенты присутствуют в следующих концентрациях:
а) проантоцианидины в форме комплексов с фосфолипидами от 0,01 до 1%;
б) глицирретиновая кислота от 0,1 до 5%;
в) телместеин от 0,01 до 1%.
19. Композиции по п.18, где глицирретиновая кислота присутствует в концентрациях в пределах от 1 до 2%.
20. Способ лечения пациентов, пораженных атопическим дерматитом, аллергическим контактным дерматитом, себорейным дерматитом, радиационным дерматитом, ксерозом, псориазом и атопией, включающий местное введение эффективного количества проантоцианидинов.
21. Способ по п.20, который дополнительно включает местное введение телместеина.
22. Способ по п.20 или 21, дополнительно включающий местное введение глицирретиновой кислоты.
23. Способ по п.20 или 21, дополнительно включающий местное введение одного или более агентов, выбранных из салициловой кислоты, аллантоина, гиалуроновой кислоты, пидолата цинка, альфа-бисаболола, пироктоноламина.
