Abstract
1. Композиция покрытия на водной основе, включающая:(a) частицы смолы акрилового сополимера, содержащего боковые карбонильные функциональные группы; и(b) сшивающий агент, содержащий, по меньшей мере, две функциональные группы, реакционноспособные относительно карбонильной функциональной группы акрилового сополимера,в которой частицы смолы акрилового сополимера имеют рассчитанную температуру стеклования (Tg), которая составляет, по меньшей мере, 40°C и включают продукт реакции реагентов, включающих:(i) по меньшей мере 50 мас.% от общей массы реагентов, гидрофобных акриловых мономеров включающих:(A) по меньшей мере 60 мас.% от общей массы гидрофобных акриловых мономеров, стирольного мономера и(B) алкил(мет)акрилатный эфир спирта, в котором алкильная часть спирта является линейной или разветвленной и содержит, по меньшей мере, 4 атома углерода, и(ii) акриловый мономер, содержащий альдегидную и/или кетоновую функциональную группу.2. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой акриловый мономер, содержащий альдегидную и/или кетоновую функциональную группу, присутствует в количестве 0,1-20 мас.% от общей массы реагентов, используемых для получения частиц смолы акрилового сополимера.3. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой гидрофобные акриловые мономеры присутствуют в количестве по меньшей мере 90 мас.% от общей массы реагентов, используемых для получения частиц смолы акрилового сополимера.4. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой стирольный мономер присутствует в количестве 60-80 мас.% от общей массы гидрофобных акриловых мономеров, используемых для получения частиц смолы акрилового сополимера.5. Claims (15)
1. Композиция покрытия на водной основе, включающая:
(a) частицы смолы акрилового сополимера, содержащего боковые карбонильные функциональные группы; и
(b) сшивающий агент, содержащий, по меньшей мере, две функциональные группы, реакционноспособные относительно карбонильной функциональной группы акрилового сополимера,
в которой частицы смолы акрилового сополимера имеют рассчитанную температуру стеклования (Tg), которая составляет, по меньшей мере, 40°C и включают продукт реакции реагентов, включающих:
(i) по меньшей мере 50 мас.% от общей массы реагентов, гидрофобных акриловых мономеров включающих:
(A) по меньшей мере 60 мас.% от общей массы гидрофобных акриловых мономеров, стирольного мономера и
(B) алкил(мет)акрилатный эфир спирта, в котором алкильная часть спирта является линейной или разветвленной и содержит, по меньшей мере, 4 атома углерода, и
(ii) акриловый мономер, содержащий альдегидную и/или кетоновую функциональную группу.
2. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой акриловый мономер, содержащий альдегидную и/или кетоновую функциональную группу, присутствует в количестве 0,1-20 мас.% от общей массы реагентов, используемых для получения частиц смолы акрилового сополимера.
3. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой гидрофобные акриловые мономеры присутствуют в количестве по меньшей мере 90 мас.% от общей массы реагентов, используемых для получения частиц смолы акрилового сополимера.
4. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой стирольный мономер присутствует в количестве 60-80 мас.% от общей массы гидрофобных акриловых мономеров, используемых для получения частиц смолы акрилового сополимера.
5. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой алкил(мет)акрилатный эфир спирта, в котором алкильная часть спирта является линейной или разветвленной и содержит по меньшей мере 4 атома углерода, включает алкил(мет)акрилатный эфир спирта, в котором алкильная часть спирта является линейной или разветвленной и содержит 6-8 атомов углерода.
6. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой алкил(мет)акрилатный эфир спирта присутствует в количестве 10-30 мас.% от общей массы гидрофобных акриловых мономеров, используемых для получения частиц смолы акрилового сополимера.
7. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой реагенты дополнительно содержат мономеры с фосфатными функциональными группами.
8. Композиция покрытия по п.7, в которой мономер с фосфатными функциональными группами присутствует в количестве 0,5-2 мас.% от общей массы акриловых мономеров, используемых для получения частиц смолы акрилового сополимера.
9. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой средневесовая молекулярная масса частиц акрилового сополимера составляет 50000-200000 г/моль.
10. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой рассчитанная температура стеклования частиц смолы акрилового сополимера составляет 40-60°C.
11. Композиция покрытия по п.1, в которой сшивающий агент включает соединение, содержащее, по меньшей мере, две гидразидные группы.
12. Способ использования композиции покрытия по п.1, включающий:
(a) нанесение композиции покрытия на подложку;
(b) обеспечение коалесценции композиции покрытия для формирования по существу непрерывной пленки на подложке, и
(с), обеспечение отверждения композиции покрытия в окружающем воздухе, воздухе с относительной влажностью 10-100% и при температуре от -10 до 120°C.
13. Подложка, по меньшей мере, частично покрытая способом по п.12.
14. Подложка по п.13, которая содержит металл и/или пластик.
15. Изделие, включающее подложку по п.14, которое представляет собой медицинское устройство.
