Abstract

Даний винахід належить до емульсій нових, сильнодіючих, дуже короткої дії, антигіпертензивних антагоністів кальцію дигідропіридинового типу з високою васкулярною селективністю і до способу приготування таких емульсій. Фармацевтичний склад для зниження за короткий час кров'яного тиску для внутрішньовенного введення у вигляді емульсії містить: a) сполуку дигідропіридину короткої дії, що має період напіврозпаду в плазмі менший, ніж 30 хвилин; b) ліпідну фазу; c) емульгатор і d) воду або буфер.
