Abstract

L'invention concerne une structure multicouche pour applications buccales qui comprend une substance physiologiquement active supportée sur un hydrate de carbone et adaptée à des applications buccales. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de la structure multicouche. L'invention concerne spécifiquement une structure multicouche pour applications buccales qui comprend : une première couche transparente ou translucide constituée principalement d'une composition d'hydrate de carbone ; et une deuxième couche opaque qui contient une substance physiologiquement active adaptée pour une administration orale, et supportée sur un hydrate de carbone cristallin. La structure multicouche peut, de plus, comprendre une troisième couche opaque constituée principalement d'une composition d'hydrate de carbone et stratifiée sur la deuxième couche. En outre, l'invention concerne spécifiquement un procédé de production de la structure multicouche.
