Definitions
- the invention relates to a sliding wall with at least two wings for a window system, which are guided in an upper and a lower running rail parallel to each other displaceable, wherein the lower rail is retractable into a building floor and at least two mutually parallel Fü irrigation channels, in each of which the at least two wings are displaceably mounted on a lower edge.
- Such sliding walls can be made without thresholds and with a small frame portion.
- the lower track can be sunk in the masonry. It is thus possible a profile-free transition from the glass of the wing to the ground.
- Such sliding walls allow a maximum opening.
- the wings are glazed several times and have a circumferential profile.
- the rails of such sliding walls are usually made of two profiles, such as aluminum profiles, which are firmly connected to each other via heat-insulating fasteners.
- the separation by such usually made of plastic connecting elements allows effective thermal separation of the two profiles, in each of which a wing is slidably guided.
- In such sliding walls is also essential that in the guide channels penetrated water can be effectively dissipated to the outside.
- Effective drainage is essential, especially with countersunk rails.
- the rails and in particular the lower running rail are made very expensive from several profiles and in particular aluminum profiles in the known sliding walls. These profiles are comparatively expensive connected with connecting and insulating parts.
- the invention has for its object to provide a sliding wall of the type mentioned, which can be made much easier and which meet the requirements for heat insulation and drainage.
- the object is achieved in a generic sliding wall in that at least the lower rail is made in one piece from reinforced plastic and that a bottom wall of this lower rail has at least one drainage channel which connects the two guide channels with each other and with an outlet opening on an outer side of the lower rail.
- the lower running rail is thus not made according to the invention of several profiles, but as a single track rail made of reinforced plastic.
- a reinforced plastic requires no means for thermal insulation.
- the rail is integrally formed, a drainage channel can be integrated in a bottom wall of the rail, which connects the two guide channels with each other and with at least one outlet opening on an outside of this lower rail.
- the erfmdungssiee rail wall thus meets very high demands on the heat insulation and drainage.
- the vertical and the upper guide rail made of reinforced plastic can be made in one piece. Drainage is not necessary here.
- the bottom wall of the lower running rail is formed as a double wall with an upper and a lower wall and with at least two mutually spaced, connecting the two walls and extending in the longitudinal direction of the lower running rail webs and that of Drainage channel has openings in the upper wall and openings in the two webs.
- a drainage channel can be produced comparatively easily by drilling and / or milling in the lower running rail.
- the drainage is particularly effective if, according to a development of the invention, at least a portion of said bottom wall has a slope.
- the lower wall can for example be inclined to the horizontal here.
- At least one of the two webs is interrupted for draining one of the two said guide channels by a recess incorporated into the web from above.
- the recesses are in particular slots along the longitudinal direction of these webs. Such recesses are readily feasible even with rails, which are particularly wide and, for example, have more than two guide channels.
- the plastic is fiber-reinforced and in particular glass fiber reinforced.
- the plastic is polyester according to a development of the invention.
- the lower running rail is made of glass fiber reinforced polyester.
- Such a track is on the one hand very heat-insulating and at the same time can take a comparatively high load. In particular, this allows a displacement of the wings on rollers.
- the lower track rail can be mounted in a recess of a bottom wall, this has on a bottom side walls, which is connectable with support brackets. With these Smtzwinkeln the lower track can be mounted in the recess of the building wall.
- 1 is a vertical section through the lower portion of a sliding wall, which is inserted into a recess of a building wall,
- FIG. 2 is a section according to FIG. 1, wherein the outer wing is omitted, 3 shows a section through a lower running rail,
- FIG. 4 shows a plan view through a section of the running rail according to FIG. 3 and
- FIG. 5 shows a side view through a section of the lower running rail.
- the sliding wall 1 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 forms a window in a building, of which only the building floor 34 is shown here.
- This building floor 34 has below a bottom top 36 a recess 35 into which a lower running rail 14 is sunk so that it is not visible when the window is closed substantially.
- the running rail 14 has, according to FIG. 2, an upper side 37, which is substantially flush with the bottom surface 36.
- the sliding wall is thus essentially free of thresholds.
- the sliding wall 1 has at least a first wing 2 and a second wing 3. These two wings 2 and 3 each have a plurality of glass panes 6, which are surrounded by a peripheral frame 7. These frames 7 may be made, for example, as aluminum or plastic profiles. They each have a lower running surface 10, which rest on a plurality of rollers 11. These rollers 11 or other lubricants are located in a first guide channel 8 or a second guide channel 9.
- the first guide channel 8 is located on an inner side 4 and the second guide channel 9 on an outer side 5.
- the inside 4 is located in a room, in particular a living room and the outside 5 on the outside, which is thus exposed to the environment usually.
- the first wing 2 and the second wing 3 are independently displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the two guide channels 8 and 9. They are also guided in an upper rail, not shown here.
- the lower running rail 14 is inserted from above into the recess 35 and mounted in this on the support bracket.
- the lower running rail 14 has two mutually spaced lower side walls 38 to which the support bracket 31 are fixed with mounting screws 32.
- the lower running rail 14 and the support bracket 31 attached thereto are covered with a sealing film 33.
- the lower track 14 is made of a reinforced plastic, and in particular glass fiber reinforced polyester. It consists of one piece, in which the first guide channel and the second guide channel 9 are integrated.
- the lower running rail 14 has a bottom wall 21, which is designed as a double wall and has an upper wall 22 and a lower wall 23.
- the upper wall 22 receives in the first guide channel 8 and the second guide channel 9 guide means 12, on which the rollers 11 are guided displaceably.
- the two walls 22 and 23 are formed here on a first side wall 28 and on a second side wall 29 and extend at right angles between them. Between the side walls 28 and 29 are approximately centrally a middle wall 30, which separates the two guide channels 8 and 9 from each other.
- the side walls 28 and 29 and the middle wall 30 are each provided with brushes 13 according to FIG. Such brushes are known per se. They serve as a sealant, but can not completely prevent water from entering the guide channels 8 and 9.
- the two walls 22 and 23 are connected on the one hand by the two side walls 28 and 29 and also by a first web 16 and a second web 17. These webs 16 and 17 extend in the longitudinal direction of the lower running rail 14 and in a vertical plane, which is substantially centered with respect to the first guide channel 8 and the second guide channel 9. These webs 16 and 17 have a static function, and may, depending on Last omitted or otherwise formed.
- recesses 24 and 25 are incorporated from above. These recesses are in particular longitudinal slots, as can be seen in particular in FIG. 4.
- the webs 16 and 17 are thus interrupted.
- a first channel 18, a second channel 19 and a third channel 20 are interconnected.
- These channels 18, 19 and 20 extend in the bottom wall 21 in the longitudinal direction of the lower running rail 14.
- These are also connected via recesses 26 with the first guide channel 8 and the second guide channel 9.
- at least one Auslassöffiiung 27 is incorporated in the side wall 29, which forms the outer side 5, which connects this outer side 5 with the third channel 20.
- This Auslassöfmung 27 is shown in FIG. 5 preferably also formed as a longitudinal slot. As a rule, several such outlet openings 27 are incorporated into the lower rail 14.
- the recesses 24 and 25 form with the channels 18, 19, 20 and with the outlet opening 27 a drainage channel 39, through which water flows into one or both of the guide channels 8 and 9 to the outside.
- the drainage channel 19 is also provided with said holes 26 through which water can also flow into the channels 18, 19 and 20.
- the lower wall 23 may be inclined relative to the horizontal to the outlet opening 27, so that the water drains even faster.
- the recesses 24, 25 and 26 and the outlet opening 27 can be very easily prepared for example by milling or drilling.
- the running rail 14 has in the embodiment shown, the two guide channels 8 and 9. However, it may also have more than two, three or four such guide channels. This can also be made in one piece from a reinforced plastic and in particular glass fiber reinforced polyester. The drainage takes place here also by recesses in the wall 21 and outlet openings 27 in the side wall 29. Even with such a lower running rail thus a very effective drainage can be ensured with good thermal insulation properties. Since the lower rail 14 can be made of only one profile, the production is correspondingly simple and inexpensive. This also applies to the assembly. In the exemplary embodiment described above, both wings 2 and 3 are movable. It is also conceivable embodiment in which one of the two wings 2 and 3 fixed and thus only one of the two wings is movable.
