Definitions
- the present invention relates to a two-component curable composition. More specifically, the present invention relates to a two-component curable composition comprising a first agent containing at least a 2-cyanoacrylic acid ester and a second agent containing at least a polymer having a hydrolyzable silyl group.
- the curable composition containing 2-cyanoacrylate ester has a unique anion polymerization property of 2-cyanoacrylate ester, which is the main component, and is caused by weak anions such as slight moisture adhering to the adherend surface. Polymerization is started and various materials can be firmly bonded in a short time. Therefore, it is used as a so-called instantaneous adhesive in a wide range of fields such as industrial use, medical use, and home use. However, since the cured product is generally inflexible and hard and brittle, there is a problem that when the flexible adherend is bonded, the flexibility of the adherend is impaired.
- the curable composition has excellent shear bond strength, but has low peel adhesion strength and impact bond strength, and in particular has a problem of poor thermal cycle resistance between different types of adherends.
- reforming methods in which various plasticizers, elastomers, hardly soluble rubber fine particles and the like are blended (for example, Patent Documents 1, 2 and 3).
- the adhesion method for improving adhesiveness and the two-component curable composition are also proposed.

- Patent Document 7 in order to improve the water resistance of the curable composition, it is known to add a monosilane compound or a bissilane compound to 2-cyanoacrylic acid ester (for example, Patent Document 7).
- the two-component curable composition disclosed in Patent Documents 5 and 6 has improved tensile bond strength and shear bond strength, it cannot improve the peel bond strength, and the cured product still remains. hard.
- the adhesive composition disclosed in Patent Document 7 contains a silane compound, but since the silane compound is a low molecular weight substance, the flexibility of the cured product cannot be obtained.
