Abstract
Description
図1及び図5Aに示すように、右側のスライダ28が取出し領域GAに位置した状態で、曲げロボット16が、右側のスライダ28の載置部28aにパレットPを介して積載されたワークWから最上部のワークWを取り出す。次に、曲げロボット16は、取り出したワークWをプレスブレーキ12に供給する。そして、曲げロボット16がワークWの曲げ加工を補助しながら、プレスブレーキ12のパンチ金型とダイ金型との協働によりワークWが曲げ加工される。更に、曲げロボット16は、曲げ加工された製品を製品パレットに搬出する。前述の動作を繰り返すことにより、右側のスライダ28の載置部28aにパレットPを介して積載されたワークWの曲げ加工が連続的に行なわれる。
ワーク搬送台車24の構成において、前述のように、パレットPを載置するための載置部28aが、下方向に凹んでスライダ28に形成されている。また、載置部28aの凹み深さがパレットPの高さに相当する深さに設定されている。載置部28aの右側に第1ガイド機構32及び駆動機構44がそれぞれ配設され、載置部28aの左側に第2ガイド機構38が配設されている。このため、床の設置面ISに相当するベースプレート26の上面から載置部28aの上面までの高さを低くでき、その分、ワーク搬送台車24へのワークWの積載量を増やすことができる。本実施形態によれば、ワーク搬送台車24に対するワークWの段取りの頻度を減らして、作業性を向上させることができる。
Claims (7)
- ワーク搬送台車であって、
加工機にワークを供給するローディング装置の周辺に設けられ、パレットに積載された複数のワークの段取りを行うための段取り領域と、前記ローディング装置によって複数のワークのうちの最上部のワークを取り出すための取出し領域との間で所定方向に沿って移動可能な、前記パレットを載置するための載置部が凹んで形成されたスライダと、
前記スライダの前記載置部における前記所定方向に直交する幅方向の両側にそれぞれ配設され、前記スライダを前記所定方向へ移動可能に支持するガイド機構と、
前記スライダの前記載置部の前記幅方向の少なくとも片側に配設され、前記スライダを前記所定方向へ移動させる駆動機構と、を備える、ワーク搬送台車。 - 請求項1に記載のワーク搬送台車であって、
前記スライダの前記載置部の凹み深さは、前記パレットの高さに相当する深さに設定されている、ワーク搬送台車。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のワーク搬送台車であって、
前記スライダの前記載置部が床の設置面に近接する、ワーク搬送台車。 - 請求項3に記載のワーク搬送台車であって、

床の設置面の一部であって前記スライダの前記載置部の前記幅方向の一方側に設けられ、前記所定方向に延びた第1ガイドレールと、
前記スライダの前記載置部の前記幅方向の一方側に設けられ、前記第1ガイドレールに前記所定方向へ移動可能に案内されるガイドブロックと、を有し、
前記第2ガイド機構が、
床の設置面の一部であって前記スライダの前記載置部の前記幅方向の他方側に設けられ、前記所定方向に延びた第2ガイドレールと、
前記スライダの前記載置部の前記幅方向の他方側に設けられ、前記第2ガイドレール上を前記所定方向に沿って転動するガイドローラと、を有する、ワーク搬送台車。 - 加工システムであって、
ワークの加工を行う加工機と、
前記加工機にワークを供給するローディング装置と、
