Abstract
"PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DE DERIVADOS DE N-((((PIRIDINILóXI)-FENILAMINO)QUINAZOLINIL)-ALIL) ACETAMIDA E COMPOSTOS RELACIONADOS, BEM COMO INTERMEDIáRIOS DE TAIS PROCESSOS E PROCESSOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DE TAIS INTERMEDIáRIOS". A presente invenção refere-se a processos para preparar compostos da fórmula 1 e a seus sais, pró-drogas e solvatos farmaceuticamente aceitáveis, em que R¬ 1¬, R¬ 3¬, R¬ 4¬, R¬ 6¬, R¬ 11¬, R¬ 13¬, R¬ 14¬, R¬ 15¬, R¬ 16¬, R¬ 17¬, k, I, e m são como aqui definidos. A presente invenção também se refere a intermediários representados pela fórmula (3a) em que R¬ 4¬ e R¬ 5¬ são selecionados independentemente a partir de hidrogênio e alquila(C~ 1~-C~ 6~); cada R¬ 13¬, R¬ 14¬, R¬ 15¬ e R¬ 16¬ é independentemente selecionado a partir de hidrogênio, alquila(C~ 1~-C~ 6~) e CH~ 2~OH, R¬ 17¬ e R¬ 18¬ São independentemente alquila(C~ 1~-C~ 6~), e k e I são independentemente um número inteiro de 1 a 3, bem como a um processo para preparar esses intermediários.
