"NOVOS COMPOSTOS". A invenção descreve um composto de fórmula (I): onde a Anel A e o Anel B são (1) o Anel A é um anel heterocíclico, monocíclico, insaturado, opcionalmente substituído, e o Anel B é um anel heterocíclico, monocíclico, insaturado, opcionalmente substituído, um anel heterobicíclico fundido, insaturado, opcionalmente substituído, ou um anel benzeno opcionalmente substituído, (2) o Anel A é um anel benzeno opcionalmente substituído, e o Anel B é um anel heterocíclico, monocíclico, insaturado, opcionalmente substituído, um anel heterobicíclico fundido, insaturado, opcionalmente substituído, ou um anel benzeno opcionalmente substituído, ou (3) o Anel A é um anel heterobicíclico fundido, insaturado, opcionalmente substituído, onde o grupo -NR- e o grupo -CH~ 2~- estão ambos no mesmo anel do anel heterobicíclico fundido, insaturado, e o Anel B anel heterocíclico, monocíclico, insaturado opcionalmente substituído, um anel heterobicíclico fundido, insaturado, opcionalmente substituído, ou um anel benzeno opcionalmente substituído; e R é um átomo de hidrogênio, um grupo alquila inferior, um grupo alcanoila inferior ou um grupo alcoxicarbonila inferior ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo ou um pró-medicamento do mesmo.
