Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PURIFICAçãO DE BETA INTERFERON HUMANO". é proporcionado um processo de purificação do beta interferon humano a partir de uma cultura que contém beta interferon humano recombinante realizando cromatografia por afinidade e cromatografia de permuta catiónica, em que a cromatografia por afinidade inclui: adsorver a cultura que contém beta interferon numa coluna de cromatografia por afinidade equilibrada, seguida de lavagem com uma solução tampão equilibrada; lavar a coluna com uma solução tampão de lavagem A de pH 6,5-7,5 contendo 30-60% em peso de propilenoglicol e uma solução tampão de lavagem B de pH 6,5-7,5 contendo 30-60% em peso de propilenoglicol e NaCI 1-2M; e eluir uma fração contendo beta interferon com uma solução tampão de pH 6,5-7,5 contendo 40-60% em peso de propileno e NaCI 1-2M.
