A presente invenção está relacionada a método para melhorar as propriedades de textura de produtos de laticínio com o uso de uma combinação de ácido hialurónico e um segundo agente texturizador para produzir os produtos de laticínio, e produtos de laticínio compreendendo ácido hialurónico e um segundo agente texturizador.
