Abstract

PROCESSO PARA A SìNTESE DE UM ANTAGONISTA DE CXCR4 A presente invenção refere-se a um process o para a sintetizar composto farmacêutico heterocíclico o qual liga ao recptor de quimiocinaCXCR4. Em uma modalidde. Processo compreende: a) reagir uma 5,67,8- tetraidroquinolinilamina e um alquil aldeido portando uma ftalimida ou um grupo protetor de di-terc-butoxicarbonila (di-BOC) para formar uma imina: b) reduzir a imina para formar uma amina secundária;c) a reagir a amina secundária com um composto heterocíclico substituído com haloalquila, para formar uma amina terciária protegida com ftalimido ou protegida com di-tercbutoxicarbonila, e d) hidrolisar a amina protegida para obter um composto tendo Fórmula I
