Abstract

DIAMINOTIAZóIS SUBSTITUìDOS NA PIPERIDINA. A presente invenção refere-se a novos diaminotiazóis de fórmula (I): Estes compostos inibem seletivamente a atividade de Cdk4 e são desse modo, úteis no tratamento ou controle de câncer, em particular, o tratamento ou controle de tumores sólidos. Esta invenção também fornece composições farmacêuticas que contêm tais compostos e métodos de tratar ou controlar câncer, mais particularmente, o tratamento ou controle de tumores de mama, pulmão, cólon, e próstata.
