Abstract

PRODUÇÃO DE ÁCIDO SUCCÍNICO EM UMA CÉLULA EUCARIÓTICA. A presente invenção relaciona-se a uma célula eucariótica recombinante selecionada de uma levedura de um fungo filamentoso compreendendo uma sequência de nucleotídeo codificando uma fumarato redutase dependente de NAD(H) que catalisa a conversão de ácido fumárico ao ácido succínico. A invenção ainda se relaciona a um processo para a produção de ácido succínico em que a célula eucariótica de acordo com a presente invenção é usada.
