Abstract

Dans un procédé de préparation de la mévinoline par fermentation de biomasse dans un liquide de fermentation, qui comprend la dissolution de la mévinoline provenant de la biomasse dans le liquide de fermentation, la séparation de la biomasse du liquide de fermentation pour obtenir un liquide de fermentation séparé, la séparation de la mévinoline du liquide de fermentation séparé et la récupération du produit final, l'amélioration consistant à réaliser la dissolution à un pH se situant entre environ 7,5 et environ 10 et la séparation de la mévinoline, à un pH se situant entre environ 4,5 et environ 1.
