Une base de données d'erreurs et de solutions, dont la taille croît constamment, est gérée de sorte que des problèmes identiques ou similaires sont résolus de manière accélérée sans intervention humaine. Une analyse réussie à tout niveau excepté au niveau le plus bas permet automatiquement au niveau précédent de bénéficier d'une plus grande efficacité pour l'analyse future d'erreurs identiques ou similaires.
