Abstract

L'invention concerne un comprimé à couches multiples à libération par triple combinaison d'agents actifs dans un environnement d'utilisation. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un comprimé à couches multiples (1) constitué de deux couches externes renfermant le médicament (2, 3) superposées selon et sur des côtés opposés d'une forme posologique orale (4), qui permet une libération par triple combinaison d'au moins un agent actif. Dans un mode de réalisation de l'invention, la forme posologique se présente sous la forme d'un dispositif osmotique. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la forme posologique se présente sous la forme d'un noyau enrobé gastro-résistant. Dans un autre mode de réalisation encore, la forme posologique se présente sous la forme d'un comprimé matriciel. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la forme posologique se présente sous la forme d'une gélule dure.
