comprimido em camadas com combinação de liberação tripla. a presente invenção refere-se a um comprimido em camadas para a tripla liberação de agentes ativos de forma combinada em um ambiente de uso. mais especificamente, a invenção diz respeito a um comprimido em camadas (1) contendo duas camadas externas contendo fármacos (2 e 3) sobrepostas a e em lados opostos de uma forma de dosagem oral (4) que disponibiliza, de forma combinada, a tripla liberação de pelo menos um agente ativo. em uma modalidade da invenção, a forma de dosagem é um dispositivo osmótico. em uma outra modalidade da invenção, a forma de dosagem a forma de dosagem é um núcleo revestido com material resistente ao suco gástrico. ainda em outra modalidade da invenção, a forma de dosagem é um comprimido matricial. em uma modalidade diversa a forma de dosagem é uma cápsula dura.
