Die Reaktion  wird zweckmässig in Gegenwart von Ver  dünnungsmitteln. wie     Nitrobeilzol,    gege  benenfalls in Gegenwart von     säureb-inden-den     Mitteln, durchgeführt.

   Der neue Farbstoff  bildet ein     rotbraunes    Pulver, das sich in kon  zentrierter Schwefelsäure mit     sehmutzig-          violetter    Farbe löst und Wolle aus. der     Hy-          clrosulfitküpe    in     rotbraunen    Nuancen färbt.
