Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     liüpenfarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man einen neuen       Küpenfarbstoff    erhält, wenn man     Schwefel-          dichlorid    . (S     C12)    auf     2,5-Dianilido-6-chlor-          benzöchinon    einwirken lässt. Die Reaktion  wird zweckmässig in Gegenwart von Verdün  nungsmitteln, wie Nitrobenzol, .gegebenen  falls in Gegenwart von     säurebindenden    Mit  teln, durchgeführt.

   Der neue     Farbstoff        bil-          det    ein     braunes    kristallinisches Pulver, das  sich in     konzentrierter    Schwefelsäure mit rot  violetter Farbe löst und Wolle aus der     Hy-          drosulfitküpe    in vollen rotbraunen Nuancen  färbt.  



       Beispiel:     160 Teile trockenes Nitrobenzol     und    8,1  Teile     2,5-Dianili.do-6-chlorbenzochinon    wer  den unter gutem Rühren auf     -i-    5       abgekühlt       und im Laufe einer Stunde mit 7,8 Teilen       Schwefeldichlorid    (S<B>Cl,)</B> versetzt. Nach  längerem Rühren wird filtriert, gewaschen  und getrocknet.
