Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Nüpenfarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen neuen Küpenfarbstoff erhält, wenn man Schwefel- dichlorid (S C12) auf 2. 5-Dianilidobenzo- chinon einwirken lässt. Die Reaktion wird zweckmässig in Gegenwart von Verdünnungs mitteln, wie Nitrobenzol oder Eisessig, ge gebenenfalls in Gegenwart von säure bindenden Mitteln, durchgeführt.
Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein braunes Pulver, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit violettblauer Farbe löst und Wolle aus der Hydrosulfitküpe in vollen, echten, braunen Nuancen färbt.
Beispiel <I>1: -</I> 290 Teile trockenes Nitrobenzol und 29 Teile 2.5-Dianilidobenzoehinon werden unter gutem Rühren auf + 5 abgekühlt und im Laufe einer Stunde mit 34 Teilen Schwefeldichlorid (S C12) versetzt. Nach längerem Rühren wird filtriert, gewaschen und getrocknet.
Beispiel <I>2:</I> 144 Teile Eisessig und 7,2 Teile 2.5 Dianilidobenzochinon werden unter gutem Rühren bei gewöhnlicher Temperatur mit 7,8 Teilen S'chwefeldichlorid versetzt und längere Zeit durchgerührt. Dann wird fil triert, mit Alkohol gewaschen und ge trocknet.
<I>Beispiel 3</I> 144 Teile Nitrobenzol, 7,2 Teile 2.5- Dianilidobenzochinon und 6 Teile Magnesia werden unter gutem Rühren bei + 5 " mit 11,3 Teilen Schwefeldichlorid versetzt und längere Zeit unter Eiskühlung gerührt. Hierauf wird filtriert, mit Alkohol ge waschen, der Rückstand mit verdünnter Salzsäure ausgezogen und getrocknet.
