  Verfahren     zur        Herstellung        eines        nickelhaltigen        Polyazofarbstoffes    der     Stilbenreihe       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     niekel-          lialtigen        Polyazofarbstoffes    der     Stil'benreihe,     welches darin besteht;

   dass man 1     Mol    1,3-         Dioxybenzol    mit dem     Diazokörper    aus 1     Mol     der     Aminodisazoverbindung    der Zusammen  setzung

    vereinigt,     auf    das     Kupplungsprodukt    1     Mol          diazotierte        2-Amina-l-oxybenzol-4-sidfonsäure     einwirken lässt und den erhaltenen     Polyazo-          farbstoff    mit einem nickelabgebenden Mittel  behandelt.  



  Der neue, nickelhaltige     Polyazofarbstoff     der     Stilbenreihe    ist ein braunschwarzes Pul-         ver,    welches sieh in     Wasser    mit     violettbrauner     Farbe löst und     Chromvelourleder    in violett  stichig braunen,     schleifechten    Tönen färbt.  



  Im nachfolgenden Beispiel bedeuten die  Teile     Gewichtsteile,    und die Prozente     sind    in  Gewichtsprozenten angegeben.    <I>Beispiel</I>  64,3 Teile der     Aminodisazoverbindung        der        Zusammensetzling

Die     Diazosuspension     lässt man zu einer eisgekühlten Lösung aus  <B>11</B> Teilen     1;3-Dioxvbenzol,    40 Teilen     Nat.rium-          earbonat    und 200 Teilen     Wasser    fliessen.

   Hier-    auf fügt man der     Kupphingslbsting    vorerst  weitere 40 Teile     Natriumearbonat    und her  nach die     Diazoverbindung    aus 18,9 Teilen       2-Amino@l-oxybenzol-4-sulfonsäure        zii.    Nach  beendigter     Kupplung    wird der erhaltene       Polyazofarbstoff        dilrch    Zusatz von     Natrium-          ehlorid    aus der     Lösung    ausgefällt und ab  filtriert.

        Zur     1Fetallisierung    des     Polpazofarbstoffes     löst man den feuchten Filterkuchen in 1000  Teilen     Wasser    von 65 , fügt der Lösung  20 Teile     Natriumacetat    und eine konzentrierte  wässerige Lösung von 28 Teilen kristallisier  tem Nickelsulfat hinzu und rührt die     Metalli-          sierungslösung    während 3 Stunden bei 65 bis  70 .

   Der     nickelhaltige        Polyazofarbstoff    wird  mittels     Na.triumchlorid    aus der     Lösung    aus  gefällt, von derselben     abfilt.riert    und     getroeli:-          net.       Er ist ein     braunschwarzes    Pulver, das sieh  in     Wasser    mit     violet.tbrauner    Farbe löst und       Chromvelourleder    in     violettstiehig    braunen,       sehlleifeehten    Tönen färbt.
