Claims (12)
1. Variant af et moderpolypeptid, der omfatter en Fc-region, hvilken variant fremviser forøget binding til FcRn sammenlignet med moderpolypeptidet og omfatter mindst to aminosyremodifikationer, hvilke mindst to aminosyremodifikationer omfatter: (i) én aminosyremodifikation, som er 434Y, og (ii) mindst én aminosyremodifikation, som er 315D eller 378V, i Fc-regionen, hvor nummereringen af aminosyrerne i Fc-regionen er ifølge EU-indekset som i Rabat.
2. Variant ifølge krav 1, hvilken variant omfatter mindst én kombination af aminosyremodifikationer valgt fra gruppen, der består af 226G/315D/434Y, 230S/315D/434Y, 230T/315D/434Y, 2591/315D/434Y, 307P/378V/434Y, 315D/330V/434Y, 315D/382V/434Y og 378V/383N/434Y, i Fc-regionen sammenlignet med moderpolypeptidet, hvor nummereringen af aminosyrerne i Fc-regionen er ifølge EU-indekset som i Rabat.
3. Variant ifølge krav 2, hvor varianten yderligere omfatter mindst én aminosyremodifikation valgt fra gruppen, der består af 226G, 230S, 230T, 241L, 250A, 256N, 2591, 267R, 290E, 305A, 307P, 307A, 3081, 325S, 327V, 330V, 342R, 361D, 362R, 362E, 378V, 382V, 383N, 386R, 387T, 389T, 389R, 392R, 395A, 397M, 421T, 426T og 428L, i Fc-regionen sammenlignet med moderpolypeptidet, hvor nummereringen af aminosyrerne i Fc-regionen er ifølge EU-indekset som i Rabat.
