Abstract

RESUMEN DE LA INVENCIÓNComposiciones de liberación sostenida en donde un péptido fisiológicamente activo soluble en agua es dispersado en forma sustancialmente uniforme en una microcápsula compuesta por un polímero de ácido láctico o una de sus sales, y la sustancia fisiológicamente activa está contenida en una cantidad de 15 a 35% p/p con respecto a las microcápsulas totales y el peso molecular promedio en peso (Mp) del polímero de ácido láctico es de aprox. 11.000 a aprox. 27.000, que están caracterizadas porque tienen un alto contenido de la sustancia fisiológicamente activa, y la supresión de la liberación inicial excesiva dentro de un día después de la administración y una liberación sostenida de la droga, estable, durante un período de tiempo prolongado, y un método para producirlas.
