Abstract

Motor de combustión interna de cilindros múltiples capaz de acomodarse en un compartimiento de motor de un vehículo automóvil como motor transversal en posición inclinada hacia atrás, comprendiendo un bloque de cilindros que soporta una culata de cilindros, un cig¿ ueñal acomodado a través de un cárter fijado al lado inferior del bloque de cilindros, un dispositivo de eje de levas y medios de accionamiento de eje de levas, donde un eje intermedio de accionamiento (57) está dispuesto hacia adelante y hacia arriba del cig¿ uenal (28) en paralelo a él, dicho eje intermedio de accionamiento (57) es movido a partir del cig¿ uenal (28) por una cadena de accionamiento de engranaje (54, 56) y, a su vez, mueve un eje excéntrico de accionamiento (61) para mover el dispositivo de eje de levas (47, 53), por un primer mecanismo de cadena (59) que se ha previsto entre una rueda dentada (58) fijada al eje intermedio de accionamiento (57) y una rueda dentada (60) fijada a dicho eje excéntrico de accionamiento (61), mientras que se ha previsto un segundo mecanismo de cadena (62) entre otra rueda dentada (63) fijada al eje excéntrico de accionamiento (61) y una rueda dentada de accionamiento (64, 65) en un eje de levas (47, 53) del motor, y un plano que contiene los ejes del cig¿ uenal (28) y el eje intermedio de accionamiento (57) se extiende sustancialmente perpendicular a otro plano que contiene el eje del cig¿ uenal y un eje de agujero de cilindro, mientras que un depósito de aceite (81) está dispuesto hacia adelante del cárter (32) que es del tipo de colector fuera del cárter.
