Abstract
Un procedimiento de unión de una pluralidad de secuencias de nucleótidos no contiguas de interés, comprendiendo dicho procedimiento: a) amplificar, en un procedimiento de amplificación molecular múltiplex, secuencias de nucleótidos de interés usando un molde derivado de una célula única aislada; y b) efectuar la unión de las secuencias de nucleótidos de interés amplificadas en la etapa a), en el que las secuencias de nucleótidos de interés comprenden secuencias que codifican la región variable y la unión genera un par análogo de secuencias que codifican la región variable.
