COMPRENDE LA REACCION DEL COMPUESTO DE DIHIDROPIRIDINA A CON HIDROXIPROPILMETILCELULOSA. LA REACCION SE LLEVA A CABO POR DISOLUCION DEL COMPUESTO DE DIHIDROPIRIDINA A EN UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO INERTE; ADICION DE UN POLIMERO SOLUBLE EN AGUA, TAL COMO LA HIDROXIPROPILMETILCELULOSA, A LA DISOLUCION ORGANICA RESULTANTE PARA PREPARAR UNA SUSPENSION HOMOGENEA; Y A CONTINUACION EVAPORAR EL DISOLVENTE ORGANICO DE LA SUSPENSION DE ACUERDO CON METODOS CONVENCIONALES. ESTAS COMPOSICIONES TIENEN APLICACIONES FARMACOLOGICAS PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE ENFERMEDADES VASCULARES CORONARIAS, COMO INSUFICIENCIA CARDIACA, ANGINA DE PECHO, INFARTO DE MIOCARDIO O HIPERTENSION.
