1. Förfarande för bestämning av en drycks överskumningsfaktor, kännetecknat därav, act hydrofobin halten i dryckens rämaterial och/eller i drycken bestäms. ' 4
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav l, kännetecknat därav, att överskumningsfaktorn för 01 bestäms sä, att hydrofobin halten i säden, malten och/eller i olet bestäms.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav l eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att hydrofobin bestäms immunologiskt genom den immunologiska reaktionen mel-lan hydrofobinantigenen och antikroppen.
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1 -3, kännetecknat därav, att halten hydrofobin bestäms med ELISA-förfarandet, EBStrALISA-förfa-randet och/eller immunokromatografiskt.
