Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de blocage sélectif de groupes amino ainsi que de nouveaux dérivés aminocyclitolaminoglycosides sélectivement bloqués. Le blocage sélectif de quelques groupes amino dans un composé polyamino-organique ayant au moins une paire de groupes hydroxyle et amino voisins disponibles est effectué premièrement en préparant in situ des complexes de sel de métal de transition des paires de groupes amino et hydroxyle voisins disponibles dans le compose polyamino-organique, suivi par l'introduction des groupes de blocage sur les groupes amino non complexés et, finalement, l'enlevement des cations du métal de transition à partir du complexe du composé polyamino-organique N-bloqué sélectivement pour obtenir un Composé polyamino-organique ayant des groupes amino sélectivement bloqués. La présente invention est particulièrement utile notamment dans la préparation de dérives d'antibiotiques difficiles à obtenir jusqu'à présent avec un bon rendement
