Claims (2)
- Tintenstrahlkopf für ein Tintenstrahlaufzeichnungsgerät mit einem düsenbildenden Substrat (30), in dem eine Vielzahl von Düsen (31) ausgebildet ist, und einem piezoelektrischen Wandler (20), der eine Vielzahl von Vibratoren mit jeweils wenigsten einem fixierten Ende aufweist, welche einer jeweiligen Düse (31) gegenüberliegend angeordnet und unabhängig voneinander ansteuerbar sind, wobei ein mit Tinte gefüllter Spalt zwischen dem düsenbildenden Substrat (30) und den Vibratoren (21) ausgebildet ist und die Breite (a) des Spalts in einem ersten Bereich nahe den Düsen (31) und um diese herum verschieden von der Breite (b) des Spalts in einem restlichen zweiten Bereich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Bereich eine Länge von der Position einer Düse (31) in Richtung auf das fixierte Vibratorende aufweist, die der Hälfte oder weniger als der Hälfte der Breite (b) der Vibratoren (21) ist.
- Tintenstrahlkopf nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Breite (a) des Spalts in dem ersten Bereich kleiner als die (b) in dem zweiten Bereich ist, wenn die Viskosität der Tinte mehr als 5 mPas beträgt, und daß die Breite (a) des Spalts in dem ersten Bereich größer als die (b) des zweiten Bereichs ist, wenn die Viskosität der Tinte 5 mPas oder weniger beträgt.
