Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von substituierten 6-Aryl-4H-s-triazolo-(3,4-c)-thieno-(2,3-e)-1,4-diazepinen mit wertvollen pharmakologischen Eigenschaften, insbesondere antikonvulsiver, sedativer, anxiolytischer und antiaggressiver Wirkung. Ziel der Erfindung ist, das Verfahren zu vereinfachen, zu verbilligen und umweltfreundlicher zu gestalten. Erfindungsgemaess werden Verbindungen der Formel I hergestellt, worin beispielsweise bedeuten: R tief 1 und R tief 2 gleich oder verschieden Wasserstoff- oder Halogenatome, niedere Alkylgruppen u.a.; R tief 3 Wasserstoff-, Chlor- oder Bromatom, geradkettige oder verzweigte Alkylgruppe (1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatome), Cycloalkylgruppe (3 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatome) u.a.; R tief 4 und R tief 5 gleich oder verschieden Wasserstoff-, Fluor-, Chlor- oder Bromatom.
