Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.揮発性液体を熱可塑性材料の連続不浸透性被膜内にカプセル封入する方法で あって、 (1)予め選択した温度で吸着剤の重量の20%より高いレベルまで揮発性 液体を吸着する能力を有する微粉砕した固体吸着剤粒子を提供するス テップと、 (2)連続的に撹拌しながら、前記吸着剤重量の20%を超える量の揮発性 液体を前記固体吸着剤粒子と混合して、実質的にすべての前記揮発性 液体を粒子上に吸着させ、その間に前記混合物はペーストコンシステ ンシーを得ることができるステップと、 (3)前記揮発性液体の添加が完了した時に、吸着物含有粒子を易流動性の 粉末コンシステンシーに転換するのに必要な充分な時間粒子の撹拌を 継続するステップと、 (4)前記吸着剤粒子の温度をその熱可塑性被覆材の融点より低いレベルに 維持しながら、前記吸着剤粒子の撹拌を続け、それによって易流動性 の粉末の表面が繰り返し露出され、(a)その上に連続被膜を形成す るに充分な総量で、(b)その粒子が易流動性のままであるような速 度で、かつ(c)次の噴霧の前にその粒子上の被覆材を固化させるの に充分な粒子温度および噴霧サイクルの時間間隔で、前記吸着剤粒子 の露出された表面上に溶融した熱可塑性被覆材を、複数のステップで 、断続的に噴霧するステップと を含むことを特徴とする方法。 2.前記吸着剤固体粒子が沈降シリカを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 方法。 3.前記固体粒子が実質的に球形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法 。 4.前記揮発性液体が2,3−ブタンジオンであることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の方法。 5.前記吸着された揮発性液体が少なくとも吸着剤の30重量%を構成すること を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 6.前記噴霧ステップ中に、前記吸着剤の温度が前記被覆材の融点より少なくと も3℃低いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 7.方法がシグマブレードミキサー内で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の方法。 8.前記熱可塑性被覆材が硬化植物油であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の 方法。 9.前記熱可塑性被覆材が硬化大豆油であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の 方法。 10.前記熱可塑性被覆材がパラフィンワックスであることを特徴とする請求項 8に記載の方法。 11.前記揮発性液体の前記噴霧液滴が100マイクロメートルから750マイ クロメートルの大きさであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 12.最初の不浸透性熱可塑性被覆材の融点より低い温度である量の追加の被覆 材を混合することによって、前記不浸透性の熱可塑性被覆材の上に、追加の被覆 材の層を付着させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 13.前記被覆材を揮発性溶媒の溶液として塗布し、その混合物を加熱してその 溶媒を蒸発させることにより溶媒を除去することを特徴とする請求項12に記載 の方法。 14.前記さらなる被覆材が熱可塑性物質であり、溶融形態で塗布され、および その混合物を冷却して前記熱可塑性物質を固化させることを特徴とする請求項1 2に記載の方法。 15.前記熱可塑性被覆材の噴霧された層が、吸着物重量を除く吸着剤重量の5 〜50%を構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 16.前記熱可塑性被覆材の噴霧された層が、吸着剤/吸着物重量の20〜40 %を構成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 17.前記熱可塑性被覆材が、3回のステップで付着されることを特徴とする請 求項1に記載の方法。
