Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. エタン、エチレンまたはそれらの混合物と酸素とを含むガス供給物から上 昇させた温度で酢酸を選択的に製造する方法であって、当該方法は、このガス供 給物を、酸素と組み合わせて、グラム原子比a:b:c:dの元素Mo,Pd、 XおよびY:すなわち、 MoaPdbXcYd (I) を含む触媒と接触させることを含み、ここで、記号XおよびYは次の意味を有す る:XはCr,Mn,Nb,Ta,Ti,V,TeおよびWからなる群から選択 される一種以上の元素であり;YはB,Al,Ga,In,Pt,Zn,Cd, Bi,Ce,Co,Rh,Ir,Cu,Ag,Au,Fe,Ru,Os,K,R b,Cs,Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba,Zr,Hf,Ni,P,Pb,Sb,Si ,Sn,TlおよびUからなる群から選択される一種以上の元素であり;添え字 a,b,cおよびdは対応する元素のグラム原子比であり、ここで、a=1;b >0;c>0;およびd=0.05〜2である。 2. 式中、Xおよび/またはYは複数の元素であり、所望の場合、添え字cお よびdは異なる元素について異なる値をとる、請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3. 温度が、200〜500℃の範囲内である請求の範囲第1項または第2項 に記載の方法。 4. 反応器内の圧力が、1〜50バールの範囲内である請求の範囲第1項〜第 3項のいずれかに記載の方法。 5. bが、0.0001〜0.5の範囲内である請求の範囲第1項〜第4項の いずれかに記載の方法。 6. 反応器に、エタンを少なくとも一種の別のガスと混合して供給する請求の 範囲第1項〜第5項のいずれかに記載の方法。 7. 前記別の供給ガスが、窒素、酸素、メタン、一酸化炭素、二酸化炭素、エ チレンおよび/または水蒸気である請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 8. 触媒が、酸素と組み合わせて下記の組成の少なくとも一つを含む請求の範 囲第1項〜第7項のいずれかに記載の方法。 Mo1.00V0.25Nb0.12Pd0.0005 Mo1.00V0.25Nb0.12Pd0.0004 Mo1.00V0.25Nb0.12Pd0.0003 Mo1.00V0.36Nb0.03Sb0.01Ca0.01Pd0.0005 Mo1.00V0.50Nb0.15Te0.2Pd0.0002 Mo1.00V0.25Nb0.3W0.2Pd0.0003 Mo1.00V0.25Nb0.3Sb0.1Pd0.0004 9. 触媒が担体物質と混合されるかまたは担体物質上に固定される請求の範囲 第1項〜第8項のいずれかに記載の方法。 10.酢酸への酸化反応の選択率が、エタン変換率が4%以上において60%以 上である請求の範囲第1項〜第9項のいずれかに記載の方法。 11.酸素と組み合わせて、グラム原子比a:b:c:dの元素Mo,Pd、X およびY:すなわち、 MoaPdbXcYd (I) を含む、エタン、エチレンまたはその混合物と酸素との選択的酸化用の触媒であ り、ここで、記号XおよびYは次の意味を有する:XはCr,Mn,Nb,Ta ,Ti,V,TeおよびWからなる群から選択される一種以上の元素であり;Y はB,Al,Ga,In,Pt,Zn,Cd,Bi,Ce,Co,Rh,Ir, Cu,Ag,Au,Fe,Ru,Os,K,Rb,Cs,Mg,Ca,Sr,B a, Zr,Hf,Ni,P,Pb,Sb,Si,Sn,TlおよびUからなる群から 選択される一種以上の元素であり;添え字a,b,cおよびdは対応する元素の グラム原子比であり、ここで、a=1:b>0:c>0;およびd=0.05〜 2である。
