Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1以上の植物由来AFPを含む冷凍菓子製品において、水性組成物中のAF Pが、−40℃以下への急速凍結および続いての−6℃で1時間の貯蔵の後 に、15μm未満の氷晶サイズを有することを特徴とする冷凍菓子製品。 2.AFPが、Polystichum mohriodes,Ranunculus biternatus,Nothofagus a ntartica,Cerastium fontanum,Colobanthus quitensis,Rumex acetosella, Salix fragilis,Calluna vulgaris,Aceana magellanica,Pisum sativum,Ace rsaccharoides,Oxalis,Geranium,Daucus carota(ニンジン),Vinca minor (ツルニチニチソウ),Vinca major,Polemonium,Buddleia,Forsythia,Sa mbucus nigra,Juncus squarrosus,Carex aquatilis,Agrostis tenuis,De schampsia antartica,Festuca contracta,Festuca rubra,Parodiochloa f labellata,Phleum alpinum,Poa annua(スピアグラス),Poa pratensis(ケン タッキー・ブルー・グラス),Rostkovia magellanica,Bambosoideae,Chor isodontium aciphyllum,Drepanociadus unclnatus,Isothenicium myosur iodes,Polytrichum alpestre,Alectoria nigricans,Caloplaca regahs,Hima ntorm lalugubris,Hypogymnla physodes,Parmelia subrudecta,Ramalina farinaceae,Stereocaulon glabrum,Umbilicaria antartica,Usnea subflorid ana,Poa trivialis,Lolium perenne,Holcus Ianatus,Bromus sterilis, およびFestuca contractaに由来する、請求項1記載の冷凍菓子製品。 3.AFPが、Lichen科、特にAlectoria nigricans,Caloplaca regalis,Himan tormia Iugubris,Hypogymnia physodes,Parmelia subrudecta,Ramalina f arinaceae,Stereocaulon glabrum,Umbilicaria antartica,Usnea subflorida naに由来する、請求項2記載の冷凍菓子製品。 4.AFPが、Juncus squarrosusまたはGeraniumに由来する、請求項2記載の 冷凍菓子製品。 5.AFPが、少なくとも30秒間、より好ましくは1分を超える時間、60℃ を超える温度で熱処理した後に、氷晶の成長を制限するその能力を維持して いる、請求項2記載の冷凍菓子製品。 6.AFPが、Acer saccharoides,Bamboo,Buddleia,Isotheclum myosuroides, Ramalina farinaceae,Usnea subfloridana,Forsythia,Oxalis,Poa trivialis ,Lolium perenne,Holcus lanatus,Bromus sterilis,Parodiochloa flabella ta,Deschampsia antartica,Carex aquatilis,Colobanthus quintensisおよ びAgrostis tenuis,Festuca contracta,Poa annuaに由来する、請求項5記載 の冷凍菓子製品。 7.AFPが、非毒性植物に由来する、請求項1記載の冷凍菓子製品。 8.AFPが、ウィンターライ由来の32kDaタンパクである、請求項2記載の 冷凍菓子製品。 9.製品が、実質的にウィンターライ由来のAFPを含まない、請求項2記載の 冷凍菓子製品。
