Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.リヨセル押出品の製造方法であって、 (1)第三級アミンN−オキシド水溶液である溶媒にセルロースを溶解して溶 液を形成し、 (2)上記溶液をダイを通して気体ギャップ経由で凝固浴中に押出してリヨセ ル押出先駆体を形成し、 (3)上記リヨセル押出先駆体を洗浄して第三級アミンN−オキシドを無くし 、そして (4)上記リヨセル押出先駆体を乾燥し、それにより、そのリヨセル押出品を 形成する、 という工程を含み、 上記セルロースが、0.85〜6.0の範囲にある、ジェット輸送指数に対するパイ プ輸送指数の比を示すことを特徴とする方法。 2.ジェット輸送指数に対するパイプ輸送指数の比が0.9〜4.0の範囲にあるこ とをさらなる特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.ジェット輸送指数に対するパイプ輸送指数の比が1.0〜2.0の範囲にあるこ とをさらなる特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。 4.上記セルロースのジェット輸送指数の値が0.1〜10の範囲にあることをさ らなる特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.上記セルロースのジェット輸送指数の値が1.0〜2.0の範囲にあることをさ らなる特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。 6.上記セルロースが異なるD.P.のセルロースの混合物を含んでなること をさらなる特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.上記セルロースが、200〜750の範囲のD.P.の第1のセ ルロース(a)と800〜1500の範囲の平均D.P.の第2のセルロース(b)と の混合物であることをさらなる特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。 8.上記の第1のセルロース(a)のD.P.が250〜500の範囲にあることを さらなる特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。 9.上記リヨセル押出品が繊維の形をとることをさらなる特徴とする、請求項 1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
