Abstract
Description
1)スタート・スイッチ閉じがシーケンスを開始する。
2)真空ポンプがオンになる。
3)真空設定ポイントに達すると、(名目上は5秒に設定された)真空保持期間の間、真空が維持される。この触媒が血液生成を実用的/使用可能な量まで増大させる。
4)「真空維持」が完了直後、トリガが鋭部を解放する。
5)CMOSセンサがK/S計算及び次の血糖値に必要なパラメータを読み取ることができる前に、ばね定着遅延状態がばねを固定された位置に定着させる。この遅延はトリガが解放されるまで開始されない。これはトリガの解放がアッセイ・パッドを動かし、黒又は白の基準信号上に望ましくない空間的誤差を生じさせる可能性があるためである。
6)典型的には試薬LED照明が消えた状態で、黒の読み取りが行われる。
7)次いで、試薬LED照明がオンされる。
8)白の読み取りが行われる。
9)ウェット読み取りの走査が、CMOS像の結果をデータベースに入力する。

- 複数の体液採取分析サイトを内包するハウジングであって、前記サイトの各々が皮膚貫通部材を含むハウジングと、
身体取り付け要素と、
前記ハウジングと前記身体取り付け要素とを連結する簡易脱着機構とを備える、統合された体液採取分析装置。 - 請求項1に記載のアレンジメントにおいて、前記身体取り付け要素が装着者の手首に固定されるように構成された帯を含む、アレンジメント。
- 請求項1に記載のアレンジメントにおいて、使い捨て可能部分と再使用可能部分とを更に含む、アレンジメント。
- 請求項1に記載のアレンジメントにおいて、前記採取分析サイトの各々が、前記皮膚貫通部材をユーザの皮膚内に駆動するように構成されたアクチュエータを更に含む、アレンジメント。
- 請求項4に記載のアレンジメントにおいて、前記アクチュエータが、湾曲した又は回転的な経路に沿って前記皮膚貫通部材を加速させるために構成されている、アレンジメント。
- 請求項5に記載のアレンジメントにおいて、前記アクチュエータが捻じりばねである、アレンジメント。
