Claims (20)
- 薬物送達装置であって、
装置本体と、
前記装置本体に結合され、近位面を有するアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータに結合され、用量設定において、前記アクチュエータとともに前記装置本体に対して回転可能であり、近位表面を有する、用量設定構成要素と、
前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面上、かつ前記アクチュエータの前記近位面に対して遠位に位置決めされた環状の被検知素子と、
前記用量設定構成要素と係合され、前記環状の被検知素子を前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面に保持する取り付けキャリアと、を備え、
前記環状の被検知素子は、前記取り付けキャリアの一部と、前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面との間に位置し、前記取り付けキャリアの一部は前記環状の被検知素子に当接する、薬物送達装置。 - 前記取り付けキャリアが、前記環状の被検知素子の遠位の位置で前記用量設定構成要素に係合される、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記取り付けキャリアが、前記取り付けキャリアの一部から遠位に離れるように延在する複数の脚部を備え、前記用量設定構成要素が、その内部に形成され、前記脚部の一部を受容する軸スロットを含む、請求項2に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記複数の脚部のそれぞれは、対応する軸スロットへの挿入用のサイズ及び形状の半径方向内向きの突出要素を含む、請求項3に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記取り付けキャリアは、前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面に対向する前記環状の被検知素子の近位表面に対して接触可能な重なり合うリップを含む、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記取り付けキャリアが、前記環状の被検知素子の開口内に適合するサイズの管状本体を含む、請求項5に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記管状本体が、前記重なり合うリップに対して遠位に配置され、前記環状の被検知素子の遠位表面と係合するスナップラジアルリップを含む、請求項6に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記取り付けキャリアが、前記取り付けキャリアの前記重なり合うリップから遠位に離れるように延在する複数の脚部を備え、前記用量設定構成要素が、その内部に形成され、前記脚部の一部を受容する軸スロットを含む、請求項7に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記複数の脚部のそれぞれは、対応する軸スロットへの挿入用のサイズ及び形状の半径方向内向きの突出要素を含む、請求項8に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記取り付けキャリアは、前記用量設定構成要素に軸方向および回転可能に固定される、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記環状の被検知素子が、磁石である、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記アクチュエータと前記用量設定構成要素との間に配設され、前記アクチュエータを前記取り付けキャリアから離すように付勢するばねをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記アクチュエータに結合された用量検出システムを含む、請求項1に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量検出システムが、前記環状の被検知素子の運動を検出するための複数のセンサを含む、請求項13に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記用量検出システムが、前記アクチュエータに取り外し可能に取り付けられたモジュール内に収容されている、請求項13に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 前記モジュールが、前記アクチュエータの側壁と係合するための複数のモジュールアームを含む、請求項15に記載の薬物送達装置。
- 薬物送達装置であって、
装置本体と、
前記装置本体に結合され、近位面を有するアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータに結合され、用量設定において、前記アクチュエータとともに前記装置本体に対して回転可能であり、近位表面を有する、用量設定構成要素と、
前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面上、かつ前記アクチュエータの前記近位面に対して遠位に位置決めされた環状の磁気素子と、
前記用量設定構成要素と係合され、前記環状の磁気素子を前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面に保持する取り付けキャリアと、を備え、
前記環状の磁気素子は、前記取り付けキャリアの一部と、前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面との間に位置し、前記取り付けキャリアの一部は前記環状の磁気素子に当接する、薬物送達装置。 - 前記取り付けキャリアは、
前記用量設定構成要素の前記近位表面に対向する前記環状の磁気素子の近位表面に対して接触可能な重なり合うリップと、
前記環状の磁気素子の開口内に適合するサイズの管状本体と、
ここで、前記管状本体は、前記重なり合うリップに対して遠位に配置され、前記環状の磁気素子の遠位表面と係合するスナップラジアルリップを含み、
前記重なり合うリップから遠位に離れるように延在する複数の脚部と、を含み、
前記用量設定構成要素が、その内部に形成され、前記脚部の一部を受容する軸スロットを含む、請求項17に記載の薬物送達装置。 - 前記アクチュエータに取り外し可能に取り付けられたモジュール内に収容されている用量検出システムを含み、
前記用量検出システムが、前記環状の磁気素子の運動を検出するための複数のセンサを含む、請求項18に記載の薬物送達装置。 - 前記装置本体が、カートリッジと、前記カートリッジ内に含まれる薬物とを含む、請求項1または17に記載の薬物送達装置。
