Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 配線基板上の第1の被ボンデイングポジシ
    ヨンと、前記配線基板の周囲に複数本配置したリ
    ードの内端部上の第2の被ボンデイングポジシヨ
    ンとを、ワイヤにてボンデイングし、上記配線基
    板とリードの内端部とを含む主要部を樹脂にて封
    止した半導体装置において、 上記両被ボンデイングポジシヨン間の一方に金
    属球を形成した第1のワイヤでボンデイングし、
    かつ、第1のワイヤの他端部上に第2のワイヤの
    金属球を圧着しボンデイングしたことを特徴とす
    る半導体装置。 (2) 第2のワイヤの金属球が形成されていない
    端部を第1のワイヤの金属球が形成された端部側
    被ボンデイングポジシヨンにボンデイングしたこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記
    載の半導体装置。 (3) 第2のワイヤの金属球が形成されていない
    端部は遊端であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第1項記載の半導体装置。
