Claims (1)
- 薄膜材料の蒸発源と薄膜を形成すべき基板とを
配した複数の蒸着室と、該蒸着室を減圧する真空
排気装置と、前記蒸着室の蒸発源を加熱する電源
装置と、該電源装置の制御及び前記基板に対する
薄膜の厚さを制御する制御装置とを具備し、前記
真空排気装置、電源装置又は制御装置のうち少な
くとも１つを複数の蒸着室に兼用する構成として
あることを特徴とする薄膜形成装置。
