- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中空リング状に形成した真空室の中空部内にテ
ーブルを走行させ、該中空部内で蒸発材を蒸発さ
せることにより前記テーブル上の基板に膜生成す
るものであつて、 前記真空室の中心孔内には、該真空室に連通し
、且つ圧力調整弁を内設したダクトと、該ダクト
に連通した主弁室と真空ポンプとを設けたことを
特徴とする真空成膜装置。
