Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板上に形成されて、半導体素子の半田バンプ
が接続される半導体素子接続部の電極パターン構
造において、 前記基板上に形成される電極パターンを透明電
極層と金属メツキ層の２層構造にするとともに、
少なくとも前記半導体素子の半田バンプが接続さ
れる部分の金属メツキ層を残して、透明電極層を
露出させたことを特徴とする半導体素子接続部の
電極パターン構造。
